Eye Dazzler Alpacas is an alpaca farm dedicated to the development of dark colored Peruvian alpacas. We not only desire to breed alpacas which are dark colored but also carry the fine fleeces of their lighter colored pen mates. To that end, we have secured the best available genetics from other breeders throughout the country and paired them here at our Colorado alpaca farm. The success of this alpaca breeding program is then tested in the show ring where we compete with many alpaca breeders in Colorado and throughout the United States.
So what does this mean to you? First, you can come to Eye Dazzler alpaca breeders to find fine Peruvian alpacas. Second, those alpacas will be of primary interest to those breeders, both new and experienced alike, who are seeking dark colored, show quality breeding stock. Third, we can offer several “companion quality animals to those customers who enjoy the less competitive aspects of alpaca ownership.
For those potential new breeders who may be reading this, check with your tax advisor about the effect that alpaca purchases can have on your 2010 income tax bill. Many of you may be able to fully deduct the purchase price of alpaca breeding stock from your 2010 taxable income, thus reducing your costs considerably.
